Shipping & Handling Policy
Processing and Shipping your purchase usually takes between 1 to 3 business days in most cases. This does not include Custom Orders. All Custom Orders will have individual processing and shipping time frames that will be communicated on a case by case basis.
We use USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority mail for orders weighing 1lbs and above as our preferred shipping method for all orders and the shipping and handling charges are only applicable to these shipping services. If you require more urgent shipping of your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org listing the order number given to you at checkout, or in case you haven’t placed an order yet, please mention the items and quantities you are interested in purchasing. We will try our level best to accommodate any inquiries of this nature but as a small business can not guarantee that we will be able to honor all requests for expedited shipping.
Please note that irrespective of the chosen shipping method we can neither guarantee nor take any responsibility for confirmed delivery dates although most packages once shipped are typically delivered within 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Although most shipped packages will be accompanied by a tracking number provided by USPS to track the order, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by USPS. Orders placed from and shipped to an address outside the United States, including Canada and Mexico, may not be tracked and may take longer than usual to be delivered depending on the regional mail carriers of the country of destination. Furthermore, we can not offer any tracking information apart from what the mail carrier provides and in certain cases the mail carriers may not be able to provide tracking information for international orders outside the United States. We are not responsible for packages damaged in transit or for orders that can not be delivered by the mail carrier.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Our shipping and handling charges do not include insurance and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping/billing address provided to us at the time of checkout, or otherwise, is accurate.
For international orders, any custom dues and/or import duties levied by the recipient country will be the responsibility of the buyer.
These Shipping and Handling policies are applicable only to the 100% Handmade Paper Products sold through the SHOP section of this website. Calligraphy Services and other Custom Projects involving custom calligraphy work, whether on paper sold by us or otherwise, will be governed under separate terms and conditions to be covered in individually drafted Service Agreements pertaining to each custom Calligraphy Project.
