Returns & Exchanges
We are a small business with the aim to bring a little bit of beauty to everyday life for our customers and would like nothing better than to hear from our valued customers and consistently improve our services.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to offer any refunds and all sales are final. Handmade paper products that have not been customized in any way may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase depending on availability of the required product. In order to process an exchange please email us at email@example.com with your order number and desired exchange item and as long as it is of an equal or lesser value to the item already purchased, we will be happy to process your exchange as soon as we receive the returned product. All shipping costs will be borne by the customer in case of a return and exchange.
In order to be sure about all aspects of our products, such as color, texture, feel etc., we strongly recommend ordering one of our Sample Packs to gain greater familiarity with what to expect from our handmade paper products.
Please note that we carry both imported and locally made handmade paper which is virtually impossible to reproduce consistently due to several factors that go into the crafting process. As such, variations in color, texture, dimensions and limited blemishes are to be expected. Therefore, we will not be able to accept any requests for exchanges due to these expected natural variations. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us to let us know how we can make your experience of shopping at Spurle Gul Studio a memorable one.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Once the order has been processed it can no longer be cancelled or refunded for any reason. It can only be exchanged under the policy outlined for Returns & Exchanges.
